Job description
  • Remedial works for underground drainage system
 
  • Full internal lining for pipes of 150 - 250mm diameter
 
  • More than 150 pieces of underground pipeline repaired or replaced
 
  • High Pressure Jet cleaning (10,000 psi jet to remove hard material within pipes)
 
  • The replacementt of pipelines (100mm diameter) using Epoxy Cast Iron or Ductile Iron pipes.
 
  • Provision of detailed "WRC" certificated report after CCTV survey of underground pipeline
 
  • Manhole chambers being repaired with waterproof material
 
  • Cement grouting is applied  to prevent infiltration of ground soil/water into pipe
Achievements
  • Pre-CCTV is carried out to identify any defected parts in the drainage system
 
  • Causing minimal disruption to residents of the housing estate
 
  • Pipelines are deformed due to the steep slope in the area
 
  • Necessity to maintain the subsided slope by grouting due to the loss of top soil around the affected area.
